Feb. 4 Update on Cade and Three Gifts found when bent down

Today was met with great surprise.  The neurologist came in and said, we are going to get a CT scan today and if it is good you can go home.  A flurry of activity set off. The speech therapist came in to set the baseline for his speech therapy. The physical therapist came and walked Cade around the ICU unit.

There were things being done at home to prepare for our arrival. Hand rails were installed at the steps in the garage.   Cade and Cullen's rooms were swapped so he did not have to walk up the flight of stairs.
Once we got the okay to come home,  we set out home.

Every time Cade has asked a question that we did not know the answer, my response has been, we will cross that bridge when we get to it. We are thankful to have crossed the bridge to home.

We are sorting out what our next bridge will be.  We have to set up physical therapy, occupational therapy  and speech therapy. We praise GOD that we will be able to have therapy close to home.

Thank you all for your prayers and help. Please keep the prayers up as Cade continues to heal.

My gifts today are found when bent down.  I am thankful to be home where there is dirty laundry on the floor.   I am thankful for the ground under my feet. Most importantly I am thankful for GOD holding us  as we have been bent  down in prayer.
