Feb. 6 - Home Recovery and Three Gifts Found Outside

2 Corinthians 1:3-4 NLT

All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.

Today was a marathon day for Cade.  He was feeling much better and was getting cabin fever.   I was having a hard time keeping up with him behind his walker.   In the afternoon, we took a walk to the mailbox.  He also went with Scott to pick up Cullen from school.

Cade asked to visit the soccer team at Red Devil Hill.  Cade walked up and down the field house steps twice. He was tired when he got home so he went to bed at 7pm.

We praise GOD for continued progress and we continue to be overwhelmed by the love and support we are receiving.

My joy dare today was three gifts found outside.  Two of my gifts outside are a source of comfort and unconditional love: Dora the guard dog and Roo the three legged kitty.

The third gift outside was Cade being able to visit his high school soccer team for a few minutes.
