April 14 - Three Gifts Found Looking Up

Today was another early riser for me as we had health fair at the office.   Another day of rain was expected today as well.  So this morning one of my gifts found looking up was rain clouds.

My second gift found looking up today is the trimming of the water oak tree outside the entrance to my office.  The tree was pruned back almost to the trunk a few years ago.  The tree has grow over the last few years so much that when it is wet outside the branches and leaves blocked the walkway.   Today, the tree got trimmed so we could walk the path without looking up to dodge the branches.

My third gift found looking up is the roof over my head at work and at home.  It keeps us dry and safe.
